Natural product variation

Our products include natural materials such as sage bundles, Palo Santo sticks, shells, crystals and stones. Because these items are natural, each one may vary slightly in size, shape, colour, texture, markings and finish.

This means the product you receive may not look completely identical to the photos.

Examples of natural variation may include:

• sage bundles being fuller, slimmer, lighter or darker;
• Palo Santo sticks varying in grain, thickness, colour or scent strength;
• abalone shells differing in colour, pattern, shape and edge finish;
• crystals and stones having natural marks, colour shifts, chips or surface texture;
• feathers, shells and other natural pieces varying from kit to kit.

We do our best to present products honestly, but small natural differences are expected and are part of working with real materials.

Product use and safety

Sage bundles and Palo Santo are intended for home fragrance, relaxation, meditation and ritual use.

They should be used carefully and safely. Always burn or smoulder products in a suitable heat-resistant dish, shell or bowl. Keep burning materials away from children, pets, fabrics, curtains, soft furnishings and draughts.

Never leave smouldering materials unattended. Fully extinguish after use.
